Leading worship is about SO much more than singing. But being excellent at it means you need to be a skilled vocalist. And getting there is no small task. It can feel overwhelming to balance vocal skill with the ability to hear the Holy Spirit as you lead the room. Not to mention the ways you lead off the platform to equip, encourage, and empower the singers on your team. What you do is so important in more ways than one. You shouldn’t feel alone in doing it.
That's why I started Multiply.
Multiply is a group coaching membership for Worship Leaders to get tools they need to gain vocal skill and wisdom in leadership, plus find community with others around the world doing their best to multiply the gift God gave them.

I started leading worship at just 15 years old, long before I understood what that really meant. I loved to sing and had the crazy idea God could use that! Now over a decade later, I’ve learned a LOT, mostly by making many mistakes, trying (probably a little too hard) and accepting a lot of grace from God and from leaders I trust. Looking back now, you know what helped me SO much? The support of seasoned worship leaders willing to guide me. Their willingness to teach me the wisdom and skills I needed to lead my best was life-changing. I needed their encouragement, their challenges, their care, and sometimes their correction. And now it’s one of my greatest joys to give away what I’ve been given for the past 10+ years to help you multiply the gift God gave you.
